Some of our employees have never looked better thanks to a new partnership with another family-owned company.

As of August 1, employees working in the field with Dawson Civil, Dawson Construction, Dawson Idealease, Dawson International Truck Centres and Dawson Road Maintenance will all receive new coveralls from the same company. As a result, our employees will have increased PPE and all be on brand.

Previously, each of our companies had different coverall contracts. Spotless Uniform and Linen will now be the sole provider of coveralls for our teams, making it easier for coverall maintenance and response time.

“Having all of our employees in the same coveralls looks great from a company perspective and there is an added benefit to having one company doing all the delivering and maintenance of the coveralls,” said Mike Winiski, Director of Supply Chain. “These new coveralls have increased hi-vis striping on the ankles and wrists, which will allow our Road Maintenance employees to immediately start safely flagging when they arrive at motor vehicle incidents.”

Founded in 1947 in Prince George, Spotless Uniform is a family-owned company, similar to Dawson Group’s family of companies.

And when the new coveralls get delivered to each of our locations across this wonderful province, they will arrive in an International.

Last month, Spotless Uniform purchased an International MV Series with Collins Vanbody, marking the second time they purchased such a vehicle. They have also purchased different Isuzu Trucks from our company in the past as well.

“Dawson International Truck Centres has always been easy to work with, professional and has helped facilitate the build of our service specific van bodies. We are excited and proud to be the sole service provider of uniforms, workwear, mats and facility service to Dawson Group’s family of companies,” said Shaun Heighington, President of Spotless Uniform. “I am always interested in learning about the histories of local, family-owned companies such as Dawson Group, as it provides inspiration and motivation as we continue to grow our company.”

The new coveralls were distributed earlier this summer, as Dawson Group looks forward to a lengthy partnership with Spotless Uniform.
